OC-227 Sweers Islandを訪問した日本人

昨日の日曜日にLyn/VK4SWEよりメールが届きました。14056にいるから出てきませんかとの内容。すぐにワッチをするとすでに呼び終わった感じでした。コールをしてみると、今までが嘘のように強い信号でした。QSBはあるものの、449から599までを動いていました。これなら、ダイポールやWhipでも取れるとおもいました。次の土日の夕方４時半からスケジュールとなりました。

そして、本日またまた次のメッセージが届きました。

Hello Shu-san - Konnichiwa!

Shu - we had a Japanese visitor to Sweers Island recently. He is Katsumi
Honma and he is the owner of many veterinary hospitals in Japan. I showed
him my book of my JA QSOs and he was very interested and would like to learn
more about ham radio and morse code. Can I please ask you to contact him and
help him to find his nearest Ham radio club? Or tell him where he can find
out more information?

Katsumi-san's email address is honma-pc@petclinic.co.jp  and here is his
message:

"I try look for ham technique in Tokyo.

It was very interesting and also I feel very human heart from this Ham
technique."

So, Shu-san, please help my new friend Katsumi-san to learn more about ham
radio?

He is very nice person, very interesting, and he very much enjoyed his visit
to Sweers Island and hopes to visit again in October :-) I will show him my
ham shack then :-)
