IOTA Contestには参加せず、まだEU-167を必要とされる局へのサービスを目的に運用するそうです。したがってFT8やWarc Bandsの運用が多くなるかもしれませんね。

Thanks for publishing our expedition next week end to PESSEGUEIRO ISLAND EU
167.But PLEASE ADD that we will be NOT participating in IOTA CONTEST--due
to 2020 Contest Rules - but just HOLIDAY STYLE as mentioned in my first
mail. We will be giving out only for IOTA AWARD purposes the reference
EU167. The intention is giving out EU167 for those still in need. NO
CONTEST.
