NA-070 Kiska island in few hours K6UMO/KL7 cruise aleutian islands

NA-234 KL7DXリーダーのYuri/N3QQよりのinfoです。本日の朝8時30分から正午(日本時間)の14260SSB10ワットのみのようです。コンディションが昨日はあまり良くなかったようですね。Yuriのお陰でJA方面を気にしてくれていることが分かります。私は今から墓参へ行ってまいります。皆さん頑張ってください。

Yuri and other friends:

    Today we stop at Kiska in the Rat Islands.  Zodiacs start going ashore at 2230 UTC,
and since I will need some equipment, I will probably be in the last boat.  This means
that I can probably start transmitting at 2330 to 2400 UTC on 19 September.  Last boat to leave the island is at 0300 on 20 September, so I will probably have to start disassemling  the station at 0230 UTC.  Not much time.  I will be on a black sand beach that faces west.  This is good for the USA and AK if you can hear me, but not so good for KH6, Japan, and Russia.  Yesterday at about 0100 UTC (on the 19th)  I did have a lengthy conversation on SSB with a ham in WA state, and multiple PSK31 contacts with Asiatic Russia, Japan, and one aborted contact with Korea, even though my antenna was on the stern (west facing) of the ship with the bulk of the ship between me and the East, so there is a possibility.
I will use SSB only at or on 14260 with 10W.  Good luck!!
