IOTWに掲載されていました表題の局にSked希望のメールを送ってみました。すぐに回答が返ってきました。和訳して掲載しづらいため、原文を私のブログに許可を求めました。

Hello, Shu-san!

Thank you for your e-mail request for a NA-137 sked.

I do not operate CW. I will operate SSB (+/- 14.260) and PSK31
(14.070.15) on Peaks Island.

My DX propagation software (VOACAP Online) says that during my
DXpedition, the peak MUF on the path from Maine to Tokyo will be between
2000Z to 0200Z. Therefore, the peak time on 20 meters is 2200Z-2300Z,
with a 30-40% success on this circuit.

Tell me THREE days (between 25-30 September) and your preferred UTC
times for me to call you.

If conditions are too weak for your 100 watts, maybe you can use someone
else's big station or try PSK31.

During my operation, I will have Internet connection so you can e-mail
me on Peaks Island if you need to.

PSK31の準備も間に合いませんが、CWをやらないということで私のアンテナでは聞くことすらできないと判断しております。文中のBig stationもしくはPSK31利用の方と組んでトライしてみたいと思いますが、どなたかチャレンジされませんか。募集させてください。
