Hi All,

I have chatted with Din YB8RW yesterday afternon.

Here is some story about his adventure.

1. His Antenna: Yagi 3 ele 4 band + Delta Loop. This delta loop receive EU and NA better than yagi

2. Total QSO until yesterday = 654, mainly EU and NA

3. Public electric only at night (18:00 – 21:00) and at day for 3 hours (time is not necessarily)

4. He is also bring electric generator but all his 15L gasoline have been consumed already.

    Yesterday he did buy last 5L gasoline on the island. Next supply of gasoline to the island will be next week.

5. He is now overnight on the house of village’s headman, who has battery equipped by solar-cell.

    But this solar-cell almost no use since cloudy everyday.

5. He must walked more than 2 KM to get mobile phone signal and do sms chatting.

    The signal is too weak for clear phone conversation.

6. No rice, no bread and almost no food. Fortunately yesterday morning he could eat 10 big crabs for breakfast.

    Will you come there and try this adventure? Hihihi...

7. There are several Indonesia Marine (soldier) guarding the border, and their condition are also very worrying.

8. One lighthouse in the island, but the guard blurred unknown

9. He is waiting next boat to Miangas Island OC-209. He get information that tomorrow (Wednesday) morning there will be one Philippine flag boat will also stop in Miangas.
