NA-009 VY0/VE3LYCからのメッセージ

2015年8月3日の朝から夕方まで、表題のコールサインで予定外のNA-009からオンエアを開始し、多くのIOTA-chaserにNewをプレゼントしました。詳細は次のウエブにあります。

10時間半のオペレーションで1,220QSOsの成果だったそうです。8月2日　20UTCからやりますと、ウエブにも書いてあります。JAからも東日本を中心に多くの局が交信していました。55や59を送っている局が多いことに驚きました。私のところには入感しませんでしたので途中から出かけました。

IOTA-chasers Forumにも現地からメッセージが上がっていましたのでご参考に転載します。

My pleasure, guys. I was able to log a few stations from VK, including Nick/VK2DX, thus thanking him for the very nice contact while he was on OC-194, and Crain, VK5CE, which brought back to memory the adventure of VK6ISL, OC-294. Yes, it was a lot of fun, the propagation was fairly good if I was able with this modest antenna and low power to be able to exchange reports at considerable distance. Unfortunately, the propagation didn't work for everyone, and I am very sorry that I couldn't give Dale, BA4TB a new one... My forecast indicated that BY should come sometimes between 2-4 UTC, but it didn't...

NA-009のQSLカードも作るそうですが、気になるのは交信されたJAの多くがIOTA申請をされていない局が大半であることです。相当の無理をしてVE3LYCも出てきているのにIOTA申請まで辿り着かない多くのQSOをされているのが残念です。

本命のNA-248 VY0M Melville Islandは間もなくですが少し遅れそうとのことです。
