I’ve arrived by boat back toBorroloola on the mainland today. I’m buggered. Very hot and humid conditionson the island. The tin hut operating position was typically 37C (99F), thehottest in the shack was 42.5C (109F) and the coolest it ever got was 30C(86F). I kept looking at the temperature gauge to see if it would get below 30Cbut it never did!
On the air I was told about the lousy solar figures every day I was there and yes the band conditions were really tough. My goal is always 1000 QSO’s per day and after 3.25 days on the air there were 2962 QSOs (911 QSOs per day). 52% Europe, 33% Asia, 7% North America and 7% Oceania.

11月7日(火)から10日(金)のOC-216 VK9AR Ashmore ReefはCWオペレータがアメリカから参加します。平日運用です。なお、VK5CEは5USD以上のドネーションを行えばQSLカードを自動的に送付してくれます。

佐治さんのおかげで楽しい一夜をありがとうございました。
やはり活動力に加え、弁もたつスーパーマンでした。(笑い)
YBペディショナーの皆さんへ佐治さんと畠山さんをネットやお空で紹介していきたいと思います。30年は軽く生きていかれると思いますので。(大笑い)
インドネシアの郵便事情を良い方向へもっていきたいです。これこそClub Log Matchingしかないと思います。
